Emilie is a second-year masters’ student in the Human Development program of the Educational and Counselling Psychology Department and has been a member of the Talwar Child Development Lab since September 2022. She is continuing her studies here at McGill University, having previously completed a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology at McGill in 2020. Emilie is interested in exploring the influence of children’s interactions with others on their moral development, and her masters’ thesis will examine the effects of social experiences on children’s beliefs and behaviours related to honesty and lie-telling
